Monica brings over 11 years of experience walking alongside people in their spiritual development journeys. With a focus on leadership development, cross-cultural missions, and Scripture engagement, she discipled people and developed leaders in her work at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. She received a Graduate Diploma in Christian Studies from Regent College where she strengthened her passion to equip the local church. Monica’s lifelong involvement in ethnic-specific churches gives her a unique perspective to contribute to the diverse landscape of the North American church. Monica enjoys good conversation over delicious food and exploring hiking trails with her family. She lives with her husband, Ron, and two sons in San Jose, California.
