Vania Gomez is one of our Partner Success Managers, who often describes herself as living in the “in between,” effortlessly connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and fostering the relationships needed for collective growth. Vania is also on the pastoral and preaching team at Restoration Abbey Church in the greater San Diego area. She is a certified CliftonStrengths coach and a LEGO Serious Play Facilitator, where she enjoys guiding individuals and teams in discovering their strengths and how they intersect with their vocation and calling. Additionally, Vania is an Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Qualified Administrator and serves as part of the C4SO Rev 7:9 Office for Racial Diversity and Justice, where she is committed to fostering cultural awareness, inclusion, and justice within diverse communities. When she’s not working you can find her playing tourist around town with her husband and two kids, or still on the search for the perfect gluten-free cinnamon roll.
