Steve brings over 25 years of experience serving churches in areas of leadership development, spiritual formation, creativity, and contextualization. He holds both a DMiss and an MA in Global Leadership from Fuller Seminary, where he’s also been a part of the Brehm Preaching initiative. Steve is the created and hosted The Bad Soccer Dad podcast and wrote The Preacher as Sermon: How who you are shapes what they hear. His current podcast is a short weekly devotional called The New Norm with Steve Norman. Steve and his wife, Kelly, and his family live in west Michigan.
