Laura Murray is an Armenian-American ordained pastor, author, facilitator, and certified Spiritual Director. For 20 years she has worked with individuals and groups in the areas of leadership development and spiritual formation. One of her greatest joys is developing and strengthening leaders towards freedom and an unleashing of their gifts for the good of the world. As a Pastor of Spiritual Formation, she wrote devotion guides and studies, created and led worship services, and sought to deepen the prayer life of the church. Her newest book, Becoming a Person of Welcome, will be available from InterVarsity Press in October 2025. One of her creative endeavors is the design and development of the Digital Silent Retreats, bringing faith formation into the digital space across the globe. Alongside a Masters Degree in Theology, she has her Doctorate in Leading Change from Fuller Seminary. She is married to Craig, has two incredible children, and two fun pups. She believes dessert is only dessert if it involves chocolate.
