Ian and his wife Kim live in Boise, Idaho, where Ian works in commercial property management. Having spent the first 10 years in full-time ministry as a pastor in a non-denominational church setting, Ian has primarily lived out his calling in the private business sector. Over the years, Ian has been privileged to continue his pastoral ministry in the form of lay-lead retreats, teaching, worship leading, small group engagement, and one-to-one mentorship. Ian received his Masters degree in Theology and Ministry from Fuller Seminary in the Fall of 2019, and has developed a heart for the study of and engagement in the practices found in Spiritual Formation. Between them, Ian and Kim have 11 grandchildren, and 6 children whom they love to visit often in Milwaukee and Minneapolis. Ian loves to ski, hike, cook, bake, and go for adventure walks with Kim and their – at times – incorrigible goldendoodle, Josie.
