Ian and his wife Kim live in Boise, Idaho, where Ian works as a commercial property manager for a regional bank. Having spent the first 10 years of his career in full-time vocational ministry as a pastor in a non-denominational church setting, he has primarily lived out his calling in the private business sector. Over the years, Ian has been privileged to continue his pastoral ministry in the form of lay-lead retreats, teaching, worship leading, small group engagement, and one-to-one mentorship with various folks along the way. Ian completed his Masters degree in Theology and Ministry from Fuller Seminary in the Fall of 2019, and has had an eye for the disciplines of Spiritual Formation over the last 15 years, specifically engaging in lectio divina, silence, and centering prayer. Ian loves to ski, hike, cook and bake bread, and go for adventure walks with Kim and their – at times – incorrigible goldendoodle pup, Josie. Between them, Ian and Kim have 11 grandchildren, 6 children, and many dogs to love on during their frequent visits to the midwest.
